Shawls

Occasionally I expand on one of the scarf ideas and try a shawl. Having a wider surface to work on allows for more play with colours and textures.

Shawls

Bias cut silk, heavy duly cotton thread. Washed.
Silk Squares Scarf detail
Seam binding, ribbon yarns and glass beads.
This shawl was juried into the Hand & Spirit show and won an award for Best Use of Colour.
